Vacancy Description:

Work alongside our lettings & sales teams across the business to ensure that each tenancy & sale starts & finishes with a positive footing.
Winning New Business - Sales & Lettings.
Bringing Home Sales & Lettings Deals.
Arranging pre-tenancy works
Offer professional advice in relation to financial, rental, sales and legal matters
Be on hand to arrange end of tenancy works, such as professional cleans and deposit returns
Sales & Lettings Progression
Answering phone & setting up viewings
Carrying out sales & lettings viewings

Personal qualities:

Presentable - Smart appearance at all times.
Willingness to learn & grow
Driven
Excellent Time Keeping
Well Organised

Desired skills:

· Applicant must be Responsible.

· Have excellent Time Management.

· Must be hard working.
