CJ Foods UK is seeking a Business Development Analyst to lead the growth of the Asian channel in the UK with a focus on both Korean and non-Korean key retailers and accounts.

Main task

Manage Asian channel accounts, one of the key sales segments for CJ Foods UK, including Korean and non-Korean Asian retailers
Handle B2B accounts such as wholesalers and multi-site restaurant groups.
Develop trade marketing strategies in collaboration with internal and customers’ marketing team
Analyze sales data by account and category to generate insights and support strategic decision-making
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to customer needs and conduct effective sales talks to promote products and close deals.
Conduct regular market and customer visits to gather first-hand market intelligence

Your Skills and Qualifications

Strong passion for food (particularly Asian cuisine) or the FMCG industry
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
3~5 years of experience in sales or a related commercial function
Understanding of the retail or B2B business landscape
Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights to drive sales growth.
Team-oriented with a proactive learning attitude and strong communication skills
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced internal and external environment
Fluency in English (written and spoken)
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and Power Point
