An exciting opportunity has become available for a full time Head Receptionist to work Monday to Saturday, working 37.5 hours per week, to join our established team to provide administrative support at our practices in Plymouth and Saltash.

The ideal candidate must be flexible with shift patterns to include a Saturday, be friendly, motivated and a forward thinking individual with excellent people and communication skills. Computer skills and the ability to work under pressure are a must in order to provide the level of customer service that our patients deserve.

Some experience in a dental field or management of a team would be advantageous but is not essential as full training will be given.

Your role will include, but will not be limited to:

management of the reception team across two practices which we would include meetings, performance reviews and shift patterns
Management of patient diaries
Review and management of administrative document stocks
meeting and greeting patients
answering the phone and booking appointments
processing payments
discussing treatment plans with patients
supporting the clinical team in all aspects of admin
