Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Appointment Maker to join our dynamic sales team! In this role, you will be the driving force behind building strong client relationships by proactively reaching out to potential customers and scheduling appointments for our sales representatives. Your enthusiasm, excellent communication skills, and persistence will help us expand our customer base and achieve our growth goals. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your sales skills in a fast-paced environment while contributing directly to the company's success.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 am to 2:00 pm — 20 hours per week.

Duties

Conduct outbound telemarketing calls to prospective clients using CRM software and Salesforce to manage contacts and track interactions
Engage potential customers with clear, persuasive communication in English and Spanish, explaining the benefits of our services or products
Qualify leads by understanding client needs and scheduling appointments for the sales team accordingly
Maintain accurate records of all calls, appointments, and follow-up activities within CRM systems
Follow up with prospects via email or phone to confirm scheduled appointments and ensure high attendance rates
Collaborate with the sales team to optimize outreach strategies based on call outcomes and feedback
Continuously improve communication techniques through training and feedback to increase appointment-setting success

Experience

Proven experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, or appointment setting preferred
Strong proficiency with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms
Excellent verbal communication skills in English; bilingual ability in Spanish is a plus
Demonstrated ability to handle rejection positively while maintaining motivation and professionalism
Familiarity with telecommunication tools and basic computer skills required
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet daily appointment targets

Pay: £13.00-£15.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
