About the role

You’ll be the go-to contact for tenants, providing responsive, fair, and solutions-driven support. From managing tenancy enquiries and resolving issues to tackling anti-social behaviour and upholding community standards, your work will have a direct, positive impact on residents’ quality of life.

You'll be supported by various internal teams and local partner where you’ll help build safe, welcoming and thriving neighbourhoods across Plymouthwhile developing strong, trusted relationships with residents.

Is committed to improving lives and creating positive community outcomes
