Job Overview

We are seeking a professional and personable Nightclub Entry Assistant to join our vibrant venue. This role involves welcoming guests, ensuring smooth entry procedures, and maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment for all patrons. The ideal candidate will possess excellent management skills, a friendly demeanour, and experience in hospitality or guest services. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic nightlife scene while delivering exceptional customer service.

Duties

Greet guests courteously as they arrive at the nightclub, creating a welcoming atmosphere
Verify guest IDs to ensure compliance with legal age requirements and venue policies
Manage guest list entries efficiently, maintaining organisation during busy periods
Enforce dress code and behaviour standards to uphold the venue’s reputation
Assist with crowd control and monitor guest behaviour to ensure safety and security
Collaborate with management and security teams to address any issues swiftly and professionally
Provide excellent guest services by answering questions and offering assistance as needed
Maintain cleanliness at the entrance area, ensuring a tidy and professional appearance

Experience

Previous experience in management, hospitality, or guest services is highly desirable
Strong organisational skills with the ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly
Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable manner
Knowledge of safety procedures and conflict resolution techniques
Experience working in nightlife or entertainment venues is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate

This role is perfect for individuals passionate about hospitality and nightlife who enjoy engaging with diverse guests while ensuring a safe environment. Candidates should be organised, professional, and enthusiastic about contributing to an enjoyable club experience for all patrons.

Pay: £13.00 per hour
