Full job description

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Farm Labourer to join our agricultural team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in the Farms milking and scraping routine.

Duties

Milking in a herringbone parlour with one other, including a mixture of early mornings, midday and evening milkings.
Using a tractor to scrape cubicle housing during milkings, also a mixture of morning, midaay and evening milkings.
Supporting general farm maintenance tasks to ensure a safe and efficient working environment

Qualifications

Previous experience in tractor driving/ scraping.
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently
Knowledge of milking practices is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential
Good organisational skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
Physical fitness to undertake manual labour
