Full job description

Exposure Lights designs and builds precision cycling lights in West Sussex. Everything is engineered and assembled in house, and our lights are used by riders in some of the toughest endurance events in the world. We are part of USE Group.

We are looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to join us on a six month fixed term contract to help deliver a busy run of campaigns and product launches. You will work directly with our Creative team, producing artwork across digital and print, with real work going live from week one.

Responsibilities

Producing social, email and web assets to brand guidelines
Adapting campaign artwork across formats, channels and sizes
Supporting product launch collateral: packaging inserts, spec sheets, trade and retail POS
Photo retouching, product cutouts and colour correction
Light video editing for social channels
Prepping print ready artwork and liaising with suppliers
Keeping asset libraries organised and version controlled

Requirements

Essential:

Demonstrable working proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, including layers, masking, retouching and non destructive editing
Demonstrable working proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, including pen tool, pathfinder, vector build and print ready file setup
A portfolio showing work produced in both
Strong layout, typography and attention to detail
Able to take a brief, ask sensible questions and come back with options
Organised and comfortable with tight deadlines

Desirable:

InDesign for multi page and print layouts
Figma for quick turnaround and template work
After Effects or Premiere Pro
Shopify or Klaviyo email templates
Product photography
Interest in cycling, the outdoors or endurance sport

Degree, diploma or self taught. We care about the work rather than the route.

Pay: £26,000.00 per year
