Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Estimator/Sales Admin Assistant to join our team. This role involves supporting sales operations, preparing estimates, and managing administrative tasks to ensure smooth communication between clients and the sales team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong computer literacy, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently. Responsibilities

Prepare accurate cost estimates for kitchen worktops using specialised software and data analysis tools
Assist with sales administration duties, including processing orders and updating client records
Manage customer enquiries via phone, email, and in person, providing exceptional customer service
Maintain organised records of quotations, contracts, and project documentation
Utilise CRM software to track leads, follow-ups, and sales progress
Liaise with suppliers and internal departments to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
Contribute to organisational efficiency by managing time effectively and prioritising tasks

Experience

Proven experience in sales administration or a similar administrative role is preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is essential
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
Demonstrated IT literacy and computer skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail
Previous experience in customer service or client-facing roles will be considered an asset
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Pay: From £27,000.00 per year
