Join Our Team as a Victim Liaison Officer!

Do you fancy a role where your voice truly makes a difference?

As Victim Liaison Officer, you will be part of a dedicated team working to reduce harm, promote safety, and contribute to positive long-term change for individuals and families. You’ll play a key role in supporting the safety and wellbeing of partners and ex-partners of individuals attending the Domestic Abuse Perpetrator Programme across North Yorkshire and the City of York. Working with people of all genders affected by domestic abuse, you’ll ensure they feel heard, informed, and supported throughout the journey.

This is a highly impactful role that requires empathy, strong communication skills. You will be part of a dedicated team working to reduce harm, promote safety, and contribute to positive long-term change for individuals and families.

If you have….

A commitment to supporting individuals affected by domestic abuse.
Experience of liaising with social workers and other professionals from a range of statutory and voluntary organisations
A valid UK driving licence (or one permitting driving in the UK) and access to a vehicle for work purposes.
