Summary of your new role:

Creating design assets and artwork for including (but not limited to) for the web (site and app) and offline (print, store)
Designing a variety of engaging email marketing assets with the aim to increase click through rates and revenue.
Designing assets for marketing campaigns across Affiliates, Social Media, Display Ads, Brand Partnerships and Out of Home campaigns.
Designing assets in various formats for website features including automation, personalisation and A/B testing.
Development of iconography to represent the brand pillars and key messages / selling points
Creating an organised and streamlined creative file library accessible to whoever needs it
Other internal assets related to how Face the Future present themselves to the market as required.
Support in the creation of concepts for new campaigns

The business is ambitious, fast paced and we would expect the successful candidate to proactively recommend new ideas. The team is extremely collaborative and the candidate would be working closely with all areas of the business to understand the upcoming marketing plan, capture requirements and storyboard / develop new concepts.

We’re looking for someone who has:

A strong portfolio of digital design work across all media formats
Advanced user of the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign)
Knowledge of branding, iconography and typography
Ability to work and respond at pace to new campaigns
A creative mind with ability to plan and prioritise your own workload
Ability to work across numerous stakeholders within the business, accept challenge and to manage expectations
Excellent communication skills and be commercially focussed

We’d love you to have:

Knowledge of Ecommerce technology and experience of utilising methods to improve online performance e.g. Shopify, Helm
Experience in photography, animation and videography
Wireframing capability
Basic HTML knowledge (ability to read and edit code)
Track record in illustrative design
Experience in a retail environment
