Full job description

We’re looking for a down to earth, people-focused Supervisor to join the team at our busy local, The Kittiwake. If you enjoy a lively pub atmosphere, take pride in great service, and can help keep things running smoothly behind the bar, this could be the role for you.

You’ll be supporting the day-to-day running of the pub, helping lead the team, and making sure our guests feel right at home. It’s a great opportunity for someone who loves being front and centre, thrives in a sociable setting, and isn’t afraid to roll their sleeves up when it’s busy.

What you’ll be doing

Supporting the Site Manager with the daily running of the bar
Helping to train, motivate and guide the team
Making sure customers get great service with a smile
Keeping the bar clean, stocked and running like clockwork
Being a positive presence on the floor – leading by example
Helping run events and keeping the atmosphere lively and welcoming

What we’re looking for

At least 1 year experience in hospitality
A calm, confident approach in a busy environment
Someone friendly, reliable and a good team player
A bit of common sense and a proactive attitude
Willingness to work evenings, weekends and peak times

Pay: £13.00-£13.50 per hour
