A fantastic opportunity for a Casual Spa Therapist to join 4-star hotel in Pontyclun!

This role is on a zero hours per week contract, when you work you will earn £13.45 per hour.

Flexibility to work weekends are a must in this role, as those days are the busiest for our Spa.

Are you’re charismatic, approachable and know what it takes to exceed guest expectations, this is the opportunity for you! Working as part of the team in our spa, delivering treatments and providing excellent service to both guests and residents.

What Are We Looking For …
We are looking for a friendly, outgoing individual with a passion for providing 5* customer service to impress our guests with your fantastic customer service skills and sparkling personality. You'll enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. You must be a team player and committed to working as part of a team.

You will need to be trained to NVQ level 3 or ITEC or equivalent in beauty treatments and massage

To be passionate about delivering great service and be guest focused
Previous experience in a guest facing role
A passion for spa and wellness
Attention to details and ability to multitask duties

What You’ll Do …

Welcoming clients creating a personalised service
Deliver treatments to a 5-star level of service
Answer client enquiries on treatments and products available, up selling where possible
Assist with guests' food & beverage orders, including taking them down for Afternoon Tea
