Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Junior Sales & Account Manager to join our growing sales team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our digital marketing services, speaking with potential clients and supporting existing relationships to help drive business growth.

Your enthusiasm, communication skills, and proactive approach will help identify new opportunities and support small and trade businesses in improving their online presence. This paid position offers a fantastic opportunity to build core sales skills within a fast-growing digital marketing environment, with full training and ongoing support provided.

Responsibilities

Speaking with potential clients through a mix of warm and cold outreach to introduce our services and uncover new sales opportunities
Supporting the full B2B sales journey, from initial conversations through to closing, with guidance and training provided
Learning our services inside out so you can confidently explain how we help businesses improve their online presence
Building and maintaining positive relationships with existing clients through regular check-ins and follow-ups
Using our CRM system (HubSpot) to log activity, keep client details up to date, and spot opportunities for improvement

Requirements

A confident communicator who isn’t afraid to have conversations and can naturally influence decisions through honesty and enthusiasm
A genuine interest in sales and business growth, with the drive to help small and trade businesses succeed online
An interest in B2B sales, digital marketing, or technology — experience is not required, just curiosity and willingness to learn
Clear and friendly communication skills, both over the phone and in writing, with the ability to explain things in plain English
A basic understanding (or strong interest) in how marketing helps businesses win more work and grow
The ability to spot opportunities, ask the right questions, and learn how to improve results over time
Confidence to carry out cold & warm calls in a professional, respectful, and upbeat manner
A proactive, positive attitude with the confidence to take initiative and work well as part of a close-knit team

A basic salary of £28,000 plus uncapped commission — your earning potential grows as your skills and confidence develop. Realistic earning potential after a year could fall between £35,000-£50,000 within the first year.
