Role Overview

We’re looking for a Customer Service Advisor to be the frontline support for our customers. You’ll be the first point of contact for incoming queries, ensuring customers feel supported and valued while helping resolve issues quickly and effectively. This role is essential to maintaining our reputation for excellent service and supporting the smooth running of our operations team.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the first point of contact for customers by phone and email, ensuring every interaction is professional and helpful.
Handle billing queries and discrepancies efficiently, providing clear resolutions and reassurance.
Transfer calls to the right team members to maintain smooth communication across the business.
Take ownership of customer complaints, resolving them promptly and fairly.
Respond to a wide variety of inbound enquiries with clear, accurate, and timely information.
Process orders for additional telecoms equipment and services with accuracy and attention to detail.

Requirements

Previous experience in a customer service or customer support role.
Confident handling customer enquiries over the phone.
Experience responding to customer enquiries via email.
Proven ability to resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
Experience dealing with customer billing enquiries.
Eligibility to work in the UK.
