Full job description

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a highly successful, team-orientated and motivated company in a branch of Telecommunications that is modern and flourishing.

Reporting to the General Manager, the primary responsibility of the of Bookkeeper/Office Administrator will be to assist in the provision to our Finance and Administrative functions. This full-time permanent role will be based at our main office in Wareham with flexible remote working dependent on business requirements.

Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm with 1 hour lunch break, 37.5 hours per week

Main Duties:

Key Responsibilities:

Undertaking financial administration
Bookkeeping
Payroll administration
VAT returns
Assisting in preparation of relevant reports

General administrative duties will include:

Building Facilities Administration
Health & Safety Administration
Documentation Management Control System Administration & Co-ordination
Company Travel Bookings
General Procurement
Recruitment Administration & Co-ordination
Procedures and Documentation for HR, Recruitment & Administration.
Ad Hoc duties as delegated by the General Manager or other Senior Team Member

Person Specification:

Essential:

· Excellent organisational skills

· Excellent written and verbal communication Skills

· Excellent command of Word, Excel and Power Point

· Excellent attention to detail

· Professional approach to work with a ‘Can do’/’Agile’ attitude

· Confidentiality

· Ability to take initiative to complete tasks

· Problem solving approach

Desired Skills:

· SalesForce experience

· ISO 9001 Quality Management understanding/experience

· Recruiting experience
