Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of anatomy and the ability to tailor treatments to meet the individual needs of clients. This role requires a commitment to providing exceptional therapeutic services that promote relaxation, healing, and overall well-being.

Duties

Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their health history and specific needs.
Perform a variety of massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, and sports massage, ensuring each session is customised to the client's requirements.
Maintain a clean and organised treatment area, adhering to hygiene and safety standards.
Keep accurate records of client treatments and progress, ensuring confidentiality at all times.
Stay updated on industry trends and techniques through continuous professional development.
Provide clients with advice on post-treatment care and lifestyle changes that may enhance their well-being.

Requirements

Valid massage therapy certification from an accredited institution.
Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
A caring and empathetic approach to client care.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential; new graduates are welcome to apply.
