Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they receive exceptional service. Your role will encompass various responsibilities, from serving food and beverages to assisting with catering and food preparation, all while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

Duties

Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, providing a friendly and professional first impression.
Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring that all customer requests are met.
Serve food and beverages in accordance with established standards of service.
Assist in food preparation and ensure adherence to food safety regulations.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables, counters, and service stations.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints with grace and professionalism.
Demonstrate knowledge of menu items to provide recommendations to guests.
Perform barista duties when necessary, preparing coffee and other beverages to high standards.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly desirable.
Familiarity with catering services is an advantage.
Strong serving skills with an emphasis on customer satisfaction.
Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety practices is essential.
Barista experience is beneficial but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate.
Excellent communication skills with a friendly disposition towards guests and team members alike.
Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
