Role summary

We are seeking an organised, proactive Attendance and Admissions Lead to support attendance, admissions, pupils and families across both schools.

You will monitor attendance, manage admissions, maintain accurate records, analyse data and work with leaders, families and external agencies.

We are seeking a professional individual who:

Builds strong, compassionate relationships

Communicates clearly and positively

Works well with leaders, staff, pupils, families and agencies

Keeps accurate records with strong attention to detail

Is self-motivated and service-focused

Has administrative process experience

Understands education and pupil attendance
