Job Introduction

Are you an experienced Maintenance Person who would like to use your skill set in a rewarding work environment with our welcoming and specialised support team at Agincourt care home?

What is required from you?

A minimum of 12 months on your right to work
Must have a full UK driving license
Previous experience required in maintenance and gardening
Available to work 20 hours per week to include alternate weekends

A day in the life of a Maintenance Person

You will be responsible for the maintenance of the building and grounds in line with health and safety requirements
You will assess and undertake repairs including painting and decorating, grounds maintenance, plastering, repairing doors and windows.
If work cannot be completed internally, you will liaise with our head office team to refer the repair to a contractor.
Safety is paramount, so you will ensure that the care home is safe for all of our residents.
You will ensure that work is completed and recorded in line with legislative and regulatory requirements.
