What We Are Looking For
Experience: A minimum of 2–3 years of experience in a Bar Manager, Assistant Bar Manager, or senior hospitality supervisory role (Club environment experience is a plus, but not essential).
Qualifications: Must hold a valid Scottish Personal Licence (PLH).

Flexibility: As a lively social club, this role requires working evenings, weekends, and bank holidays in line with our opening hours and event schedule.
Drive: A community-minded individual who genuinely takes pride in creating a warm, safe, and enjoyable atmosphere for families and adults alike.
Knowledge: Knowledge of health regulations related to food safety and hygiene standards.
Organisational: Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively under pressure with an understanding of digital bar and office suite systems.
