Full job description

Bishops Printers are looking for reliable and hardworking individuals to join our Print Finishing team.

This is a hands-on production role focused on the finishing stage of printed products. No previous print experience is required as full training will be provided.

We are looking for people with a positive attitude, good work ethic, and willingness to learn practical skills in a busy manufacturing environment.

You will be working in a fast-paced finishing department, helping to prepare printed products for dispatch to customers.

We offer flexible shift options to suit your lifestyle. Choose from our continental 12-hour shift pattern, averaging just 3.5 working days per week, or enjoy a regular Monday to Friday schedule from08:00 to 16:30.

About the Role

This role is ideal for someone looking for hands-on work in a manufacturing environment. You will be part of a busy print finishing team where attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork are key.

Full training will be provided, making this a great opportunity for someone looking to start or develop a career in production and manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

Working in the print finishing department
Operating finishing equipment (full training provided)
Following job instructions and production paperwork
Checking work for quality and accuracy
Helping to keep production flowing efficiently
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

What We Are Looking For

Ability to follow instructions carefully

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physical environment
Manufacturing, warehouse or production experience is helpful but not essential

Hours

Full-time position
Continental shift pattern - 12 hour shifts or 08:00 - 16:30 Monday to Friday
Flexibility required to support production needs
Overtime available
