Full job description

As a Store Manager, you’ll take the lead at our Portsmouth Factory Outlet, coordinating and motivating a team to achieve and exceed sales targets. Eye-catching window displays, smiling shoppers, and busy tills – you’ll be across it all, thanks to your keen commercial awareness and focus on delivering excellent customer service.

As a Store Manager, you’ll juggle everything from reporting performance to handling store overheads, all while inspiring your team to maintain the highest retail standards. Your decisions will have a direct impact on the business’s bottom line as you steer your store to success.

How you’ll help us:
Based at our Portsmouth Factory Outlet and reporting to the District Manager, you’ll:

Maximise sales and profitability through effective store management and excellent customer service.
As a Store Manager you'll guide and support our staff to maintain high standards in customer service and sales.
As a Store Manager you'll give clear directions to ensure our store achieves the brand standard in product presentation and merchandising.
Recruit, train, retain, and develop a high-quality team.
Achieve brand standards in reporting, action planning, and business performance endeavours.

More about you:

Around 4-6 years of retail experience.
Approximately 2-3 years of supervisory experience, including coaching, counselling and developing people.
Qualification in Business Administration or related field (or two years' additional experience).
Impressive track record of delivering quality customer service.
Experience in retail operations, budgeting, planning, customer service, and people management.
