Join the Team at Culture Coffee – Portstewart

Culture Coffee is currently hiring 1–2 full-time front-of-house team members for our Portstewart store, with an immediate start available.

We are looking for reliable, hard-working people who take pride in delivering great coffee, customer service and consistently high standards in a busy café environment.

Position: Full-Time Barista / Front-of-House Team Member
Location: Primarily Portstewart, with cover required in Coleraine and Ballymoney when needed
Pay: £13.00 per hour, depending on experience
Hours: Full-time, approximately 30–40 hours per week
Start: Immediate

The role will include:

Preparing and serving high-quality coffee, food and drinks
Delivering friendly, efficient customer service
Working both daytime and evening shifts
Supporting the team during busy periods
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation and organisation
Helping cover shifts across our other stores when required

Applicants must:

Have previous barista or café/front-of-house experience
Be available to work a mixture of day shifts and evening shifts
Be available to work weekends
Be able to travel between Portstewart, Coleraine and Ballymoney when required
Be reliable, flexible and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Take pride in their work and be able to maintain Culture Coffee’s standards at all times
