Full Time | From £29,000 per year + Quarterly Performance Bonus

Lead and Grow Our Expanding Luxury Watch Department

The Opportunity

This isn't simply a sales role.

We are looking for someone who lives and breathes watches. Someone who gets excited about new releases, appreciates the craftsmanship behind every movement, and enjoys sharing that passion with clients.

This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of a growing luxury watch department, working with some of the world's most desirable Swiss watch brands, including Rolex, Tudor and TAG Heuer.

You'll have real influence over the department's future, taking responsibility for buying opportunities, stock turn, team knowledge, client development and overall growth. We are looking for someone who wants to build something special and become the driving force behind our watch business.

You'll also play a leading role in the continued development of our Rolex Certified Pre-Owned programme. Working closely with our in-house watch workshop, you'll help shape and grow this exciting area of the business, from sourcing and stock management through to client experience and commercial performance.

This is a unique opportunity to be involved in one of the most prestigious programmes in the luxury watch industry, helping establish Baker Brothers as a leading destination for exceptional certified pre-owned Rolex timepieces.

Whether you're discussing the heritage of a Rolex GMT-Master II, sourcing exceptional watches, advising collectors, or helping shape our future strategy, you'll play a key role in the continued success of Baker Brothers.

What You'll Be Doing

Delivering exceptional, personalised client service at every opportunity
Representing and selling world-renowned luxury Swiss watch brands including Rolex, Tudor and TAG Heuer
Identifying and securing buying opportunities
Managing stock turn and supporting commercial performance
Building lasting relationships with clients, collectors and enthusiasts
Maintaining the highest standards of presentation and merchandising
Training and developing colleagues' watch knowledge
Staying ahead of industry trends, new releases and brand developments
Taking ownership of the watch department's growth, performance and success
