Dental Nurse / Receptionist

Location: Crewkerne, TA18
Job Type: Full-time / Part-time
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

We are a friendly and modern dental practice seeking a Dental Nurse / Receptionist to join our team.

We welcome applications from:

Qualified Dental Nurses (GDC registered), or
Individuals currently enrolled on an accredited Dental Nursing course and working towards qualification.

About the Role

This is a dual-role position involving both dental nursing and reception duties. The successful candidate will provide excellent patient care while supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the practice.

Responsibilities

Chairside assistance during dental treatments.
Preparing and maintaining treatment rooms.
Following infection control and decontamination protocols.
Greeting patients and creating a welcoming environment.
Managing appointments and patient records.
Answering telephone and email enquiries.
General reception and administrative duties.

Ability to work well in a team and independently.
Good organisational and computer skills.
Previous dental practice experience is preferred but not essential.
