Job Description

Position: Works Administrator Reporting to: Senior Contracts Manager

Job Summary

To assist the Bethell Airport Team in the administration of all aspects relating to our framework Agreement with Manchester Airport Group and Airport associated Clients.

To work collaboratively with the client, internal staff, operatives, sub-contractors and other professionals to support this process.

Principal accountabilities

SAFETY

· Responsible for assisting to produce daily Briefs and documentation within the A-Site system.

· Responsible for assisting with producing quality documentation for O&M/H&S handover files.

CUSTOMER

· Identifying issues and works loads with Senior Contracts Manager to ensure adequate number of teams to fulfil our clients demands and meet their expectations.

PEOPLE

· Treat colleagues and client in a fair and courteous manner.

INTEGRITY

· Always show honesty and consistency with colleagues.

SUSTAINBALE

· Ensure we always work in an efficient manner and always look at way we can improve.

· Encourage a paperless work environment where possible

· Management of all paperwork and assisting in the submitting of completions on time without delay and to a quality standard.

Person Specification

Qualifications and Experience

· Minimum 3 years’ experience working in an Administrative Role

Skills and knowledge

· A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office products / internet and email

· Organisational qualities

· Able to quickly & efficiently Input data to existing documents and Programs (CVR /A-Site)

· Able to collect/collate /input data into MAG “ID Gateway security pass systems.

· Able to collect/collate /input data into the AIRDAT platform.

· Able to raise Material and Plant requisitions under the direction of the Engineering staff.

· Achievement and results driven

· Excellent planner/organiser

· A strong communicator with well-developed written and verbal communication skills

· Client focussed with regular dialogue and interaction – internal and external

· Understanding the importance of Company Image and promoting the Bethell brand.
