We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outbound Sales Representative to join our growing sales team. In this dual-focus role, you will engage prospective clients through outbound prospecting while rapidly responding to inbound leads. You will be responsible for promoting our services in the AI space, qualifying prospects, and building strong relationships to drive business growth. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with excellent communication skills, a performance-driven mindset, and a passion for sales within fast-paced B2B environments. Fluency in English is essential.

Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, introducing our services in a professional manner.
Identify customer needs and tailor sales pitches accordingly to maximise engagement and conversion rates.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and update customer information within CRM
Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets.
Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or referrals to optimise sales opportunities.
Keep abreast of product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities to enhance sales effectiveness.
Respond to incoming warm leads rapidly and efficiently to maximize connection rates.
Pre-qualify prospects through discovery conversations and capture key business insights to ensure a fit.
Schedule discovery sessions directly onto team calendars and provide detailed context to Account Executives prior to calls.
Execute structured follow-up cadences and coordinate outreach strategically based on target time zones and prospect availability.

Experience

1 to 2+ years of experience in phone-based B2B sales, telemarketing, business development or SDR roles.
Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets through outbound calling and rapid lead response.
Familiarity with CRM software such as Hubspot or other CRM platforms is highly advantageous.
Exceptional verbal communication, active listening, and a strong phone presence in English.
Understanding or experience in marketing products is a bonus, but not required.
Experience working in fast-paced environments with a focus on customer engagement and relationship management.
