Job Title: SEO Performance Assistant

Location: Office in Altrincham

Job Type: Office based - 37.5 hours

Salary: £25 - 27K

Job Purpose:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team and support the delivery of local SEO campaigns for SMEs. You will deliver exceptional multi-disciplinary work across website management, off-page SEO, performance analysis, and reviewing and editing AI-automated website content to ensure they meet high-quality standards and drive measurable results.

A successful candidate will have a combination of a technical, analytical and creative mindset with written and verbal communication skills. They will embrace current and future technologies and have a problem-solving approach to be able to provide tangible results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Use AI Tools that help us work at scale in a way that enables us to increase client performance.

Review and edit AI-automated website content to ensure high quality, strong brand tone of voice, accuracy, and SEO-optimisation.

Upload and manage content across various CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Wix).

Fixing website issues.

Use client data to conduct analysis of small businesses' local search visibility and competitor performance, providing actionable insights and strategies.

Create and publish posts to enhance local search visibility on Google Business Profiles.

Audits and optimisations of Google Business Profiles.

Demonstrate strong business acumen.

Comfortable speaking with clients, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction.

Be able to work independently, whilst fostering and developing strong inter-team relationships, promoting a collaborative and positive work environment.

There are always new projects, challenges and ways of working in the mix that will provide additional flavour and variety to the role!

You Will:

Be performance driven.

Be solutions-focused, with a drive to use new technologies to solve the problems of today and the future.

Demonstrate interest in and/or experience of using AI and LLMs to produce high-quality content for websites and GBP pages.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Use data to make decisions and take action.

Have excellent communication skills.

Demonstrates initiative and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Desirable Qualifications & Experience:

Experience and/or aptitude for SEO, digital marketing or web development

Experience in using prompts with LLMs

Familiarity with data analysis, using tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console

Proficient in using various CMS platforms (WordPress, Wix, etc.).

Exposure to website audits and SEO strategies.

Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills.
