We are opening a new outdoor sauna and cold plunge wellness site in Roby Mill, creating a space where people can step away from the demands of everyday life and reconnect with themselves through nature, heat, cold exposure, and community.
Set within a natural environment, our aim is to provide a place where guests can slow down, breathe deeply, embrace the outdoors, and experience the physical and mental benefits of sauna bathing and cold water immersion.

## The Role
As a Sauna & Cold Plunge Site Host, you will be responsible for welcoming guests, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, ensuring the facilities are operating correctly, and creating a warm, safe, and professional atmosphere throughout the day.
You will play an important role in helping guests feel comfortable and supported, while ensuring they have a positive experience from the moment they arrive until they leave.
This is a hands-on role that combines customer service, site management, facility maintenance, and community building.
## Responsibilities
* Greeting and checking in customers
* Providing a warm, welcoming, and professional customer experience
* Explaining site procedures, etiquette, and safety guidelines
* Monitoring sauna and cold plunge areas throughout the day
* Carrying out routine water quality and temperature checks
* Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of all customer areas
* Replenishing towels, drinking water, and site supplies
* Opening and closing the site when required
* Reporting maintenance issues or operational concerns
* Supporting customers and answering general questions
* Helping to foster a positive and inclusive community atmosphere
* Ensuring all health and safety procedures are followed
