Registered Manager – (Autism & Learning Disabilities)

Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 (dependent on experience)
Location: Preston (a driving licence is required)

The Role

We are seeking an experienced and values driven Registered Manager to establish and lead a high quality residential service supporting six adults with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs. This is a senior leadership role with clear accountability, autonomy and organisational support.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Leading the registration of and opening Reside’s first residential service, development of which is scheduled to be completed over summer, embedding a strong, open, values-led culture from the outset
Transitioning an Individual and their support team into the new service
Working with Recruitment, Training and Business Development to recruit and develop new high performing teams to meet the needs of Supported Individuals as they move in
Contributing to the development and success of the senior operations team

What You’ll Bring

Registered Manager (or ready to register) with a level 5 Diploma in leadership for Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
Strong CQC and safeguarding expertise, ideally with a track record of Good or Outstanding CQC ratings
Proven leadership of complex services and strong knowledge of autism and learning disabilities
Experience working with complex needs and behaviours that challenge, with a commitment to PBS and least restrictive practice
Confident, professional and compassionate
