Full job description

The Role

As a Subscriptions Advisor, you'll be the key point of contact for our existing customers, managing their tracker subscriptions from renewal to payment. Working in a busy, energetic call centre environment, you'll handle a mix of inbound and outbound calls — reaching out to customers to secure subscription renewals and payments, while delivering the kind of service that keeps them with us for years.

This is a sales-focused role at heart, but relationship-building and great customer service are just as important. You'll be measured on your call performance, so a positive, resilient attitude and a drive to hit targets are essential.

What you'll be doing

Making outbound calls to existing customers to renew and collect subscription payments
Handling inbound calls, queries and account updates
Hitting daily and weekly KPIs around call volumes, talk time, conversion and collection rates
Overcoming objections and confidently explaining the value of our subscription service
Accurately recording customer information and payment details on our systems
Providing general customer service support and resolving account queries
Working as part of a close-knit team to hit shared targets

What we're looking for

Experience in a sales, telesales, collections, customer service or call centre role (desirable but not essential — attitude matters most)
Confident, clear telephone manner and strong communication skills
Comfortable working towards targets and KPIs in a fast-paced environment
Resilient, self-motivated and able to handle objections positively
Good attention to detail and confident using computer systems
A team player with a professional, customer-first approach

Pay: £28,000.00 per year
