Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and personable individual to join our team. The job will involve renting a barbering chair. You will need your own barbering equipment.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. This role involves providing professional hair styling and barbering services in a welcoming environment. The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring clients feel valued and satisfied with their experience, while maintaining high standards of hygiene and professionalism.

Responsibilities

Deliver personalised hair styling and barbering services to clients, ensuring their needs and preferences are met.
Provide exceptional customer service by creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the salon, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Consult with clients to understand their desired look and offer professional advice where appropriate.
Manage appointment schedules efficiently to optimise client flow.
Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and management to ensure smooth operations.
Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in hair styling and barbering techniques.
Promotion the Afro Caribbean shop.
