Job Overview

5 or 6 Experience is making Sourdough, Italian Bread and Laminated Pastries

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Bread and Patisserie Baker to join our vibrant culinary team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting a wide variety of high-quality bread, pastries, and baked goods that delight our customers. Your expertise in food production, food preparation, and baking will help uphold our commitment to excellence and innovation in the bakery. Duties

Prepare and bake a diverse range of bread, pastries, and baked goods according to established recipes and standards
Ensure all baked items meet quality, presentation, and freshness requirements
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery workspace in compliance with food safety regulations
Monitor baking processes to ensure consistency in texture, flavor, and appearance
Assist with ingredient inventory management and stock rotation to minimize waste
Collaborate with team members to develop new recipes and seasonal offerings
Follow all food safety protocols and sanitation procedures diligently

Requirements

Proven experience in food production, baking, or pastry arts within a bakery or restaurant setting
Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen safety standards
Ability to operate bakery equipment such as mixers, ovens, proofers, and other baking tools
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards
Good organizational skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure
Culinary experience that demonstrates creativity and technical skill in baking
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in a commercial kitchen environment
