ABOUT US

Care Surgical Limited is a growing medical device company supplying high-quality products to healthcare professionals. We operate in a clean, quality-controlled environment and maintain high standards of teamwork, reliability and attention to detail.

THE ROLE

This is a hands-on role supporting the day-to-day production process, including product preparation, labelling, packing, stock movement and basic computer-based tasks. Full training is provided.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Prime and label products in line with work instructions
Pack finished products accurately and carefully
Carry out quality checks to ensure products meet required standards
Move stock safely between buildings as required
Support stock organisation and general production tasks
Complete basic computer tasks using Unleashed inventory software
Provide cover for the Zund flatbed CNC machine operator when required
Report faults, inconsistencies, stock issues or equipment problems promptly
Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment
Follow all health and safety procedures

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES

Practical, hands-on ability
Strong attention to detail
Ability to follow written instructions accurately
Reliable and punctual
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Basic computer skills
Physically capable of manual tasks

DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE

Previous experience in production, manufacturing, packing or warehouse roles
Experience using inventory or stock management systems
Previous machine operating experience
Experience working in a quality-controlled or regulated environment
