About the Role

As a Customer Service Reception Apprentice, you’ll be the welcoming face of our business, playing a key role in delivering exceptional front-of-house service. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in customer service, administration, and office coordination while working towards a nationally recognised qualification.

What You’ll Be Doing

Greeting visitors and managing reception duties with professionalism and warmth
Handling incoming calls and directing enquiries to the appropriate departments
Supporting administrative tasks including mail handling, organisation of meeting rooms, and office supplies
Assisting with internal communications and supporting the wider Customer Service team with Customer Order Processing and general queries
Maintaining a tidy and welcoming reception area
Learning about customer service best practices and office operations

Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities, coupled with a proactive can-do attitude and willingness to learn
Good written and verbal communication skills and an interest in Customer Service and Office Administration
Ability to collaborate and work in a team
GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
