What You’ll Do
- Perform high-quality repairs on smartphones, tablets, and computers (iPhones, Samsung's, iPads, MacBooks, PCs)
- Accurately diagnose issues and carry out repairs efficiently and to a professional standard
- Greet and assist walk-in customers with repair needs, product enquiries, and service options
- Offer expert advice and upsell relevant services, accessories, and protection plans
- Manage repair cases from intake to completion with strong attention to customer satisfaction
Pay: £100.00 per day
