Job Summary

Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Registered Nurse, where your expertise will directly impact patient care and well-being. Duties

Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients, including assessments, medication administration, and monitoring vital signs
Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized care plans tailored to each patient’s needs
Lead and coordinate nursing teams to ensure seamless delivery of care while maintaining high standards of safety and quality
Communicate clearly with patients, families, and healthcare providers to explain treatments, answer questions, and provide emotional support
Manage time effectively to prioritize urgent needs while ensuring routine tasks are completed efficiently
Document all patient interactions accurately in medical records and report any changes in condition promptly
Participate in ongoing training and quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and team performance
