About James Kendall and Co.

James Kendall and Co. is a premium estate agency operating across Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire, specialising in homes from £600,000 to £2 million and beyond. Our reputation is built on presenter-led video tours, professional home staging, cinematic content, bespoke brochures, and personally conducted viewings. We sell around 90 homes a year with a completion rate above 80 per cent, well in excess of the industry average, and consistently achieve sale prices above local benchmarks.

We are now looking for a Weekend Viewing Specialist to join the team and help us deliver the same standard of service on Saturdays and selected Sundays that our clients receive throughout the week.

Role Overview

This is a client-facing role focused on conducting accompanied viewings at premium properties across our patch. You will be the face of James Kendall and Co. for many prospective buyers, often at the moment they decide whether or not to make an offer. The role suits someone who enjoys property, people, and presenting a home with care and confidence.

Key Responsibilities

Conducting accompanied viewings at properties across Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire, primarily on Saturdays with occasional Sunday cover.

Preparing thoroughly for each viewing, including reading the property file, walking the home in advance where possible, and understanding the seller's circumstances and motivations.

Building rapport with applicants, qualifying their position, and identifying the features most relevant to them.

Capturing detailed feedback after every viewing and recording it accurately in our CRM.

Liaising with sellers in a professional and timely manner, including arrival times, security, and post-viewing feedback.

Presenting the property with care, opening curtains and blinds, lighting where appropriate, and leaving the home exactly as it was found.

Identifying buyers who may be suitable for other properties on our books and passing leads to the sales team.

Representing the brand with the polish and discretion expected at the upper end of the market.

About You

Previous experience in strong client-facing backgrounds in hospitality, luxury retail, or property-adjacent fields will be considered.

Confident, articulate, and well presented, with the ability to put discerning buyers at ease.

Genuinely interested in homes, architecture, and interiors, and able to discuss them intelligently.

Strong listener with the discipline to ask questions rather than oversell.

Comfortable working independently and managing your own diary across a geographic patch.

Full UK driving licence and use of a clean, presentable vehicle.

Familiarity with CRM systems, smartphones, and basic digital tools for capturing feedback and photographs on the move.

A natural fit with our values of professionalism, attention to detail, and putting the client first.
