Trainee Window & Door Installer

Looking for a career, not just a job?

Nolan UPVC Windows is looking for hardworking, reliable and enthusiastic individuals to join our growing installation team as Trainee Window & Door Installers.

This is a fantastic opportunity to learn a skilled trade while working alongside our experienced installers on a variety of domestic and commercial projects. If you're motivated, enjoy practical work and are keen to develop a long-term career, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll be doing:

Assisting experienced installers with the installation of windows, doors and glazing products.
Preparing materials, tools and work areas.
Helping to ensure installations are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
Providing excellent customer service while working in customers' homes and commercial premises.
Learning all aspects of the installation process with the aim of progressing to a fully qualified installer.

Training & Career Progression

Following a successful probationary period (approximately 6 months), you'll begin our structured installer training programme.

As your skills develop, you'll progress through our incentive-based pay structure, giving you the opportunity to increase your earnings as you gain experience and responsibility.

You'll also work towards becoming an NVQ-qualified Window & Door Installer, gaining a nationally recognised qualification while developing the skills and experience needed to become a fully trained installer.

What we're looking for:

A strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
Reliable, punctual and enthusiastic attitude.
Ability to work well as part of a team.
Good communication skills.
A full UK driving licence is desirable but not essential.

Salary

National Minimum Wage (age dependent) to start.
Structured pay progression throughout the training programme.
