Adrageous Media is a fast-growing digital marketing agency working with ambitious businesses across the UK. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a sharp, organised and confident Operations & Account Manager to help keep clients, projects and internal workflows running smoothly.
This is an exciting management-level role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment, enjoys speaking with clients, and knows how to keep multiple moving parts under control.
The role can be part-time or full-time depending on the right candidate. What matters most is finding someone who is capable, proactive and able to take ownership.
You’ll be the bridge between our clients and internal team, making sure work is delivered on time, communication is clear, and everyone knows what needs to happen next. Depending on your experience, the role may also involve some hands-on marketing support across client accounts, so a good understanding of digital marketing would be a strong advantage.
What you’ll be doing
- Managing client communication and keeping clients updated on progress
- Supporting day-to-day agency operations and project coordination
- Keeping tasks, deadlines and client requests properly organised
- Helping onboard new clients and ensuring a smooth start to their journey
- Spotting issues before they become problems and keeping things moving
- Working closely with the founder and wider team to improve systems, processes and delivery
- Helping maintain a high standard of customer service across the agency
- Supporting with hands-on marketing tasks where needed, depending on your skills and experience
What we’re looking for
- Tech-savvy and confident using digital tools, systems and software
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Comfortable speaking directly with clients
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Able to handle pressure and stay calm when things get busy
- Fast-paced, proactive and able to take ownership
- A natural problem solver who doesn’t need constant hand-holding
- A good understanding of digital marketing, with hands-on experience being a bonus
- Experience in an agency, marketing, operations, account management or project management role would be a strong advantage

You don’t need to know absolutely everything, but you do need to be willing to get stuck in, learn quickly and help wherever needed.

Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
