Job Overview
Bespoke Garden Buildings Ltd are looking for experienced Garden Room Installers / Carpenters to join our growing installation team.
We design and install high-end bespoke garden rooms across the South of England, including offices, gyms, entertainment rooms and annexes. Our projects are premium builds, and we are looking for fitters who genuinely care about quality, efficiency and taking ownership of their work.
This is a self-employed position and would suit individuals who are confident working within a small team environment, happy to work away during the week when required, and capable of maintaining high standards onsite.
The Role
You will be involved in both factory preparation work and onsite installations, including:
- SIP panel preparation and assembly
- Timber framing and structural work
- Cladding and exterior finishes
- Roofing systems and weatherproofing
- Internal finishing work
- Working from technical drawings and plans
- Maintaining clean, organised and professional sites
- Working efficiently to hit build schedules without compromising quality
Most installs are completed as a two-man team, so reliability, communication and work ethic are extremely important.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in carpentry, garden rooms, timber buildings, roofing or similar construction work
- Good understanding of tools, materials and safe working practices
- Ability to work away during the week when required (accommodation and travel covered)
- Someone who takes pride in their work and can work with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving ability onsite
- Full UK driving licence preferred
Experience with SIP panels, composite cladding, EPDM roofing systems or aluminium installations would be an advantage, but not essential.
