Full job description

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Senior Service Advisor to join our Gloucester VW/SEAT/CUPRA dealership team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.

As a Senior Service Advisor, you will be the main point of contact for customers throughout their vehicle’s time with us, ensuring every interaction is professional, efficient, and aligned with the high standards expected of the Volkswagen brand.

The Role

Acting as the primary contact for customers during their service or repair journey.
Managing all service walk-in enquiries and providing a welcoming, professional experience.
Liaising with workshop and parts departments to provide accurate and competitive quotations.
Booking in vehicles and overseeing smooth vehicle handovers upon completion.
Keeping customers informed throughout the repair and servicing process.
Identifying opportunities to upsell additional work and service products where appropriate.
Ensuring all processes and customer interactions meet Volkswagen brand and service standards.
Supporting the wider aftersales team and helping maintain an efficient workshop schedule.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Previous experience as a Service Advisor within a franchised dealership environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach.
Strong organisational and administrative abilities with great attention to detail.
The ability to work effectively under pressure in a busy aftersales department.
Confidence in managing customer expectations and resolving issues professionally.
A proactive attitude and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding service.
