Full job description

Job Summary - Bardcoding & Data Entry
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised individual to join our team. This role involves accurately inputting and managing data within our bar-coding system. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills and excellent attention to detail. This paid position offers an opportunity to contribute to efficient office operations while developing your skills in data input management.

Duties

Monitor, Manage and maintain our Bar-coding System that is a bespoke system to GBE. ( You will receive training in this )
Generating material lists from Fabrication drawings
Cutlisting spools / using system to cutlist
Liase with Sites / CAD Team regarding queiries
Weld mapping and general bar-coding responsibility
General office duties
Managing / Prioritising work load in inbox
Verifying data entries for accuracy and completeness

Skills

Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
Existing office-Based experience, preferable but not essential
Previous data entry skills, preferable but not essential
Strong attention to detail and accuracy when carrying out repetitive tasks
Previous work in Construction/Pipe work/Plumbing Trade desirable
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Familiarity with data entry procedures and software applications

Additional Information

Working 9 Hours. ( 1 Hour lunch )

25 days Holiday

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Temp to perm

Pay: £23,500.00-£25,000.00 per year
