Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Account Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in managing client accounts, supporting sales initiatives, and ensuring seamless communication between clients and internal departments. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to develop their skills within the financial services sector and contribute to organisational growth. The role requires strong organisational abilities, excellent communication skills, and proficiency with Salesforce.

Duties

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing enquiries promptly and professionally
Support the sales team by preparing proposals, reports, and presentations
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records using Salesforce CRM software
Analyse client data to identify opportunities for account growth and optimisation
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and fulfilment of client needs
Assist in the preparation of financial documentation and analysis reports
Monitor account performance metrics and prepare regular updates for stakeholders
Support the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and integration
Contribute to ongoing process improvements to enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency

Qualifications

Proven experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is highly desirable
Background or interest in financial services is preferred
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
Organised with exceptional attention to detail and multitasking capabilities
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
A proactive attitude with problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach
