Full job description

Due to the ongoing company growth Thomas Plant hire require an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join the Hire Desk Team base at the Head Office in Caerwys, Holywell.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a family owned & run company that has successfully grown nationwide and continues to grow rapidly.

Are you:

A committed and organised person
Competent in taking calls and processing emails.
IT Literate and previous experience with use of Syrinx (Point of Rental software)
Competent taking orders for hires and providing quotes based on company standard pricing system.
Exceptional at customer service in all areas
Professional and outgoing, with the ability to deal with excellent people skills.
Able to work under pressure, deal with customer hire enquiries and queries
Confident with Excellent communication skills.

This role is varied and includes a wide range of tasks assisting multiple departments required to support the ever-increasing demand.

Ideally but not essential Candidates will have a background in one or multiple of the following: Administration, Sales or Plant Hire.

Full training and support will be provided for the successful applicant.
