Full job description

We’re looking for a talented Duty Manager to join our team at The Railbridge Bar & Bistro in South Queensferry. As a member of our management team, you’ll play a key role in shaping our guest experience and driving the success of our venue.

If you’re a hospitality professional with a passion for leadership and delivering exceptional service, this is your chance to grow with us in a fast-paced and creative environment.

What You’ll Do:

Support the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient running of the venue.
Drive sales, profitability, and guest satisfaction through hands-on leadership and team engagement.
Maintain high standards in service, training, and operations while ensuring a hands-on presence during peak hours.
Lead marketing initiatives, boost social media engagement, and uphold the unique brand experience at each venue.
Ensure operational compliance, manage costs effectively, and contribute to team development and recruitment.

The Ideal Candidate:

Previous management experience in hospitality, preferably in high-volume bars/restaurants.
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
Passion for the food and drink industry, with attention to detail and a commitment to high standards.
Proficiency and interest in social media platforms, and a keenness to drive engagement on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, etc.
