We’re looking for a passionate and motivated Youth Worker to join our team in Dudley, supporting young people to build confidence, resilience, and brighter futures. You’ll create safe, engaging spaces, deliver inspiring activities, and provide guidance that helps young people thrive in their communities. If you’re ready to have a real impact every day, this is more than a job— it’s a chance to change lives

This role is for a full time, Level 6, Youth Worker to undertake provisions such as 1 to 1 interventions, group work delivered in schools and the community and supporting young people in a youth club environment.

This post is a fixed term vacancy until 31/03/2027.

Workplace Attendance: Working in the office 3+ days a week (pro-rata) or Onsite full time
