Full job description

JOB PURPOSE: Candidate to provide essential administrative support across the business while taking ownership of a range of marketing activities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Marketing Responsibilities

Create engaging content for social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Schedule and manage social media posts.
Update and maintain the company website.
Assist with email marketing campaigns and customer newsletters.
Design promotional materials including flyers, brochures, and digital adverts.
Support marketing campaigns to generate new business.
Monitor website and social media performance using analytics.
Help organise exhibitions, networking events, and promotional activities.
Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials.
Research market trends and competitor activity.

Office Administration

Manage the day-to-day administration of the Area Manager’s workload
Answer telephone calls, emails, and enquiries professionally.
Maintain accurate company records, databases, and filing systems.
Prepare documents, reports, and correspondence.
Order office supplies and liaise with suppliers.
Organise meetings, appointments, and company events.
Support management with general administrative tasks.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Good attention to detail.
Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
Experience using social media for business.
A positive, proactive, and professional attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Previous experience in an administration or office support role.
Marketing experience or a qualification in Marketing, Business, or a related subject.
Experience using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
Knowledge of WordPress or other website content management systems.
Basic understanding of SEO and Google Analytics.
Full UK driving licence and access to car
