Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and personable Guest Services Assistant to join our vibrant team, specialising in Reception and Food & Beverage services. In this dynamic role, you will be the welcoming face of our establishment, providing exceptional guest experiences through attentive reception duties and high-quality food and beverage service. Your enthusiasm and hospitality skills will ensure every guest feels valued, comfortable, and eager to return. This paid position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in a lively hospitality environment while making meaningful connections with guests from around the world.

Duties

Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a friendly and professional first impression
Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries with efficiency and courtesy
Handle phone calls with excellent phone etiquette, providing accurate information and assistance
Take food and beverage orders accurately, offering menu recommendations and ensuring timely service
Serve food and drinks in a courteous manner, maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards
Assist with setting up dining areas for events or special occasions, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere
Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless guest experiences and resolve any issues promptly

Requirements

Previous experience in hospitality or hotel services is preferred but not required; training will be provided
Strong communication skills, including bilingual or multilingual abilities, are highly desirable
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated excellent phone etiquette and guest service skills
Passion for hospitality with a friendly, energetic attitude
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
Experience working with diverse guests from different cultural backgrounds is a plus
